Dr. Timothy Willingham is board-certified in Internal Medicine and completed his medical degree and residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. With extensive experience in both hospital and primary care settings across South Florida, he previously founded Better Me Healthcare, a primary care clinic known for its patient-centered approach.

Together with his wife, Dr. Monica Florez — a Mayo Clinic-trained pediatrician — Dr. Willingham co-leads Life ReSpun. Combining over 20 years of clinical practice, their shared mission is to provide evidence-based, cutting-edge resources in hormone optimization, genetic testing, peptide therapy, and neurodegenerative care, including support for Alzheimer’s and autism.
